The Weston Institute of Language & International Business
Anna Carter is the creator of the Weston English, LLC program for instructor-led training in English as a second language. She holds the degree of Speech Pathology and Audiology from Ithaca College, New York and has taught ESL for major corporations. Carter developed her program by combining speech pathology and audiology concepts with ESL. The program is unique in the education market place for teaching English as a second language.
