1. Certified Business Professional (CBP) program:
The Certified Business Professional (CBP) program is an international industry-neutral credential that validates and develops the business professional. A typical candidate is a professional in pursuit of excellence and is committed to exceeding all standards for the business professional. Our certification exams are administered through Thompson Prometics, an international testing and validation service.

Acquiring information…teaching skills…using knowledge:
Too often organizations introduce new technology solutions to gather, process and utilize information without considering the impact to the individual, team, and corporate environment. Quick adoption was "ok" during the transition from the industrial/technology age to the information age. It is not “ok” in the information age! In the information age, our people must be trained in the fundamentals of business and soft skills; otherwise, the individual, team and organization will lack knowledge and lag behind others.
Applying knowledge to purposeful, verifiable and useful information…the way to optimal choices…decisions:
The needs, sources and uses of information are unlimited with unknown impact and useless without knowledge. Our culture leads the world in information available through technical innovations, such as cell phones, laptops, internet, search engines, Wikis, netbooks, notebooks, blogs, Tweeter, Facebook, VOIP, Linkedin, apps and gadgets. Therefore, the adoption and processing of information with new technology is common…making optimal choices is uncommon.
For example, while supposedly on vacation in New Zealand, Jeff Goldblum, the famous actor, was declared dead by a blogger in New Zealand, the information was verified by a blogger in Australia and therefore, bloggers and others in the US believed he was dead, at least for a while. This sounds absurd and is…without the ability to make choices base on reality, source credulity and knowledge, results are at best unpredictable, at worst, someone/thing is badly injured. Leaning to make choices, AKA decisions, which are relevant and factual requires more than information gained from technology…fundamental knowledge of business and soft skills is paramount.
